1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using MintLinks ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

MintLinks provides a token-gated link-in-bio service for Solana SPL token holders. The Service allows you to create a personalized page that restricts access to links based on token ownership verification on the Solana blockchain.

3. Subscription and Payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You will be charged automatically each month on your billing date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds are provided at our discretion. Canceled subscriptions are not eligible for refunds for the current billing period.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice. Price changes will take effect on your next billing cycle.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when creating your account and page
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes
  • Not abuse, harass, or harm other users
  • Not attempt to circumvent token gating mechanisms
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason we deem necessary. Upon termination, your page will be deactivated and your subscription will be canceled.

7. Limitation of Liability

MintLinks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
